These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of picktherightguy.com (the "Site") and the services, content, quizzes, programs, and communications offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Mathieu Forte, doing business as "Pick The Right Guy" ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site, taking our quiz, submitting a form, booking a call, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Every person and situation is different. While we share methods, education, and coaching based on our experience and client work, we make no guarantees about the results you will achieve, including any outcome related to dating, relationships, or personal change. Testimonials and case studies shared on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

4. Programs, Payments, and Refunds

• Prices, program contents, and availability are as described at the time of purchase and may change.
• Payment terms (including pay-in-full and installment options) are stated at checkout or in your program agreement.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing in your specific program agreement, all sales are final and non-refundable. Specific programs may include their own guarantee terms, which are described on the relevant sales page or agreement and take precedence for that program.

5. Communications

By submitting your contact information through our forms, you consent to receive emails from us, including your quiz result, educational content, coaching tips, and occasional offers, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in every email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our Services — including the "Imprint Work" framework and methodology, quiz questions and structure, archetype names and descriptions, course materials, text, graphics, and branding — is our intellectual property or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. You may share links to the Site and quiz freely.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content, submitting false information, impersonating others, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site operates on third-party platforms (including HighLevel Inc. / LeadConnector) and may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100 USD) if you have not made a purchase.
